Sales Manager
This is not an ordinary sales position. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. You will be ramping up our sales, acquiring new customers, and building up one of the most extraordinary startups in the Finnish landscape. The Sales Manager has overall responsibility for sales, customer acquisition, and keeping the existing ones happy. Our aim is to grow inside Finland and soon outside the borders, so you will have an international career path ahead of you. Currently, your location is Helsinki, and you will take care of our new customers in southern Finland. We are a startup, and we are not doing easy stuff, so a lot of work and determination is required.
Our product:
- Our airship is a platform for data collection and sensor usage. At the moment, our revenue comes from digital twin models that we build with the data.
- However, the airship has more capabilities than just aerial data collection. It can be applied with multiple sensors and use cases, so we have plenty of commercial options.
- We are also interested in revenue-generating partnerships. Networked sales managers can lead us to interesting partner cases, such as surveillance or 3D modeling companies.
Here’s what you should handle:
- Identify, contact, and negotiate new deals with customers. We already have a solid sales pipeline and paying customers, but you constantly search for new customers, contact them and make sure Kelluu hits its revenue targets.
- Participate in sales development activities while driving sales efforts.
- Master CRM tools (we use HubSpot), and be willing to travel and meet customers face-to-face. You will leave no stone unturned in your pursuit of success.
- Possess a good overall technical understanding of the principles involved in designing robust UAVs or moving machinery systems.
What we look for in your background:
- You have domain knowledge in data sales, an understanding of gis-data, and connections in some of the following: forestry, security, aerial data, insurance (in our domain), or public administration.
- For example, a background in SaaS sales with technical responsibilities is a good background for this one
- It is beneficial that you have worked with competitive tendering, bigger projects, and cases.
- You have the willingness and possibility to travel.
- We want to hire motivated people. You should have the capability to grind, search, call, drive, and do all that to succeed.
